Two paths to the same place.
Neesh came to real estate after two decades in international music management. Sat came to it after a career in banking in the UK, and a move to Oakville of her own.
Both grew up in England. Both chose Oakville. That makes them unusually good at guiding people who are moving here and starting again — because they have done it themselves.

Before real estate, Neesh spent twenty years in international music management — negotiating for artists and handling their business affairs. He brings that same instinct to every deal: read what both sides actually want, and get the result his clients came for.
Yorkshire-raised and Oakville by choice, he lives here with his wife and son. His practice runs on honesty and straight answers, and most of it comes from repeat clients and their referrals.

Kent-raised, she moved to Oakville with her husband and their two boys, so she knows both sides of a move: the excitement and the uncertainty. Clients describe her as honest, calm, and genuinely invested.
